How do I contact the owner?

Before making your reservation you can contact the onwer directly using our messaging system.

Once the owner has accepted your booking, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation and the owner’s contact details. The owner will receive your contact details too.

Once the booking has been confirmed, you can always contact the owner directly to ask any questions or finalize arrangements for pick-up or return times.

Don’t forget

Social Car is a rent a car platform that acts as an intermediate between people, so you are responsible to contact the user by yourself.
